I absolutely love cooking. Especially when it can be as easy as drizzling my favorite veggies in olive oil with a bit of salt and pepper.
I love Lincoln for it's weekly farmers markets and the fresh vegetables I can use over the weekend. Over the weekend I baked and broiled about two pounds of assorted cherry tomatoes with sugar snap peas, yellow squash, peppers, onions, and green beans. The tomatoes burst into a juicy sauce and make the best pasta sauce. TRY IT!
